Directions for Use:

- Add two leveled scoops (approximately 75g) of Quista PRO MASS to 240ml of lukewarm or chilled milk. Stir briskly until mixed well. Preferably use a shaker or blender for a rich and creamy taste.
- Drink Quista PRO MASS twice daily (in between meals and post workout) or as directed by your healthcare professional, for extra calorie and nutrient intake.
