Dosage:
Cows and buffaloes:
- Two doses of 425g HimCal Gel to be given 8-10 hours apart.
- In severe conditions, after 4 hours of intravenous calcium borogluconate treatment, give the entire bottle. Repeat the procedure 12 hours later.
Directions for Use:
- Place the drenching bottle nozzle into the back of the cow's mouth while holding the cow's head in a normal to slightly elevated position.
- Per feeding, give the entire contents of one bottle. Do not give to cows that are unable to swallow.Precautions:
- Administer only to animals that can stand and swallow normally.
- Doesn’t replace intravenous calcium treatment for milk fever.
- Avoid accidental administration into the windpipe and lungs.
